FIRST COURSE Choice of House Salad Mixed Greens, tomatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers and olives with a vinaigrette dressing Asparagus Bundles Fresh Asparagus spears wrapped in bacon and roasted to perfection Chef's choice Our chef's selection for the day SECOND COURSE Choice of Hangar Steak with Pomegranate Reduction The sweetness of the pomegranate combines with smoked paprika to create a unique flavor that enhances the steak without overpowering it. Served with Seasoned Steak Fries and Vegetable Of The Day. Skirt Steak Italiano Grilled Skirt Steak topped with whole grape tomatoes that are sauteed in garlic and oil. Served with DeStefano's Home Fries and Sauteed Spinach. Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauteed Chicken breast stuffed with Boar's Head Ham and Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese drizzled with a white truffle cream sauce. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Maple Glazed Carrots. Native Lobster Ravioli Our lobster ravioli are filled with bite size pieces of lobster. These gourmet ravioli are served in a lobster infused cream sauce. Eight Ounce Filet Mignon Seared and Roasted to perfection this "king of steaks" is served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Maple Glazed Carrots. Lamb Chops with Pistachio Nut Crust Baby Rib Lamb Chops rubbed with garlic and herbs and grilled to perfection. Finished with nut butter and toasted pistachios for flavor and texture.
